We believe strongly that our people make the difference.  We invest heavily in their training, future career progression and creating a harmonious and stimulating working environment.  We employ upwards of 70 staff across the Region; most of our team have in excess of 10 years service with Waveney and are either professionally qualified or have many years experience in the insurance profession.  We encourage all employees to constantly update and extend their professional qualifications.

Waveney’s Directors
Graham Cook – our Managing Director has been in the insurance business all his life, joining the group in 1968 and helping it grow and steadily acquire other insurance brokers and financial services businesses over the years.

David Dove – Company Secretary and a co-founder of the business; a specialist in motor fleet insurance

Mike Cox – a senior director who heads up the Small Business Division.

Peter Westgate
– a senior director with specialist skills in insuring offshore and overseas risks.

David Malone – a highly successful and entrepreneurial manager who heads up our rapidly expanding Schemes business.
